Together We Build (TWB) Cleaning Contractors specializes in decreasing exposure to viruses, bacteria, and disease. We work to deliver clean, safe, and healthy professional, commercial, post-construction, and public space environments.

TWB Network

TWB serves the greater Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Delaware region, and continues to expand. In addition to creating family-sustaining positions, the company partners with organizations to provide training and employment opportunities to returning citizens. TWB specializes in high quality cleaning and investing in committed people because together we build the vibrant, safe, green and sustainable businesses, neighborhoods, and City we all deserve. 

Trina Worrell-Benjamin - Bio

Trina Worrell started TWB Cleaning Contractors as a mechanism to invest in people and her hometown. A proud Philadelphian, her desire to become a small business owner  and provide gainful employment to people living in her community, led her down an entrepreneurial journey with TWB Cleaning Contractors.

Shortly after successfully building her residential clientele, Trina shifted the business’ focus to commercial cleaning, and  secured major contracts cleaning dense  business districts and large commercial buildings. The TWB Clean now cleans over 20 business districts across Philadelphia, local stadiums, construction sites and a steady inventory of commercial buildings. Trina is an alumni of the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business Program and the 2023 Small Business Association Minority-Owned Small Business of the Year.

The structure of interactions in the company

TWB Cleaning Contractors places a great emphasis on on-site leadership (project managers) and team-based performance, complemented by an operations manager. The project manager at each client location performs multiple tasks daily to ensure compliance with the client’s scope of work. Moreover, this individual plays a valuable role in establishing (and maintaining) good client relations, which creates and fosters a bond dedicated to achieving mutual objectives.

The operations manager ensures that we are meeting your needs while maintaining TWB Cleaning Contractors’ quality standards. This manager is required to have excellent technical knowledge and strong team leadership skills. The operations manager performs monthly inspections and is a critical liaison between service employees, TWB Cleaning Contractors management, and the facility manager.
